Hi Friends,

I’m Sheila.

Being a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator is so rewarding. Not only do I get to be creative every day, I also get to be a creative coach, offering fresh project ideas and encouragement to my customers and friends. For me, helping someone put together that perfect project for a special occasion is the best feeling in the entire world. After all, creating cards, scrapbook pages, and gift items is about more than just stamps and ink—it’s about sharing a part of yourself with the people you love. 
I love memory-keeping too. I started out on this journey when my high school friend Stephanie introduced me to rubber stamping. Between our long call days in the hospital, she’d invite me to make cards with her and her friends. I was hooked from day one. That was back in 2001. 

Today, crafting for me involves holding cardmaking workshops for the community, physician groups, and corporate groups to meld both my worlds of cardmaking with educating people about living a healthy lifestyle. I’m a Board Certified Internal Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine physician and am currently practicing in the Bay Area.

I’m excited to share my love of creating art through paper crafting and I want you to be inspired to share your gift of creating as well.
